Agios Stefanos or San Stefanos Beach

Area & Distances:  It is located 3.5 km from Mykonos town, 1 km from the new port in Tourlos.
 Split in 2 parts; down near the beach and upper part on hillside with many small economical pensions. Further around are many good hotels.

Beach: Agios Stefanos: the windless sandy beach of Ag. Stefanos is 1 km further on  from Tourlos and the new port:has a variety of good servicesforswimmers, and sea sport facilities... sea skiing, surfing, jet skiing etc.
Caters mainly for tourists staying at nearby hotels.
On the left side of the sea shore,one can find the traditional old Agios Stefanos, chapel
Facing the beach, (east) region of Agios stefanos expands on the hills.
The beach on the left side of the picture is widely known for its huge pebbles "choulakia"and its got its name from them
On the right side you can see the New Port of Tourlos.
