-Kerithium : private villa of 160m2 has now private pool: built on 2 floors: ground. floor with living, dining and kitchen areas on different levels by a few steps and separated by arches, guest WC, twin bedroom with WC/bath en suite. Interior staircase to 2 bedrooms: double with en-suite bathtub, the twin has en-suite shower.: all bedrooms with private sea view balcony.

-Astarte: private villa of 160 m2 built on 2 floors: ground .floor with living, dining and kitchen areas on different levels by a few steps and
separated by arches, WC for guests, twin bedroom with apparent natural rock, en-suite WC/bath, interior staircase leads to double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tyb, the twin bedroom has en-suite shower. All 3 bedrooms with sea views.

-Nautilus: private villa of 170m2 ( sharing pool with one other villa very close by).
Built on 2 floors with on ground floor :entrance onto large open plan lounge: with living area with fireplace, dining area for 6 and spacious open plan kitchen : all separated by arches and some steps, as well as the double bedroom with  en-suite bathroom w.bath/WC. Interior staircase brings you to twin bedroom with WC/bath without balcony, safe for children, and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower/WC: all bedrooms except one have sea-view balcony.

Cancellation policy: 21 days before arrival: no fees,
20 to 15 days before arrival: 50% cost of stay
14 days before arrival till no-show or early departure: 100% cost of stay.
