“ Haliotis “ a 2 floor villa of 140m2 : on ground floor : living room, dining area, and open plan kitchen are separated by
arches and some stone steps, master bedroom  with double bed, en-suite bathroom/WC, separate WC for guests.
Upper floor reached by interior staircase had 2 twin bedrooms sharing one bathroom w.shower/WC. All bedrooms with sea view balcony or terrace.

5. Three new villas on top of the hill, panoramic views, sharing one large pool.

“ Kohilia “: a 2 floor villa of 130m2: on ground floor : living room, dining area, and open plan kitchen are separated by arches and some stone steps, twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom/WC, without balcony (safe for children) separate WC for guests. Upper floor reached by interior staircase has 2 bedrooms ( one twin, one double) (both with private sea view balcony ) sharing one bathroom w.shower/WC.

Cancellation policy: 21 days before arrival: no fees,
20 to 15 days before arrival: 50% cost of stay
14 days before arrival till no-show or early departure: 100% cost of stay.
