Grocery shopping delivered at the property daily & On-call assistance.
The service must be paid & booked in advance. Grocery bills are payable cash locally.

Chefs Package
Weekly Packages are the ultimate treat for villa guests wishing to have the complete kitchen-affairs taken care of.
Chefs will take care daily of the grocery shopping, prepare a sumptuous breakfast or a sunny brunch and indulge you
with lunch or dinner every day featuring homemade Greek cuisine but also any other Mediterranean dishes or special
requests for particular dietary habits. The packages are particularly suited for families and groups of friends wishing
to fully enjoy their private time at the villa.
The service includes:
- Daily grocery delivery of the freshest local produce.
- Full time kitchen management by one qualified Chef and a kitchen helper.
- Daily breakfast or brunch and lunch OR dinner (maximum 8 hours per day)
- All applicable charges and local taxes.

The service must be booked and paid in advance and is subject to availability. Each service
(Breakfast / Brunch or Lunch / Dinner) should be served within a 3 hours timeframe.
Menus and serving times must be advised with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Grocery and beverages costs are excluded and payable cash locally upon presentation of receipt.

Low Season (15/5-19/6 and 29/8-30/9)
EUR 1500.- per week, maximum 12 guests (or up to capacity of the villa).

High Season (20/6-28/8)
EUR 2100.- per week, maximum 12 guests (or up to capacity of the villa).

Full time Service & Tailor-made Package
The service must be paid & booked in advance. Grocery bills are payable cash locally.

Theme Dinner Nights
Theme Dinner Nights are designed for villa guests wishing to celebrate a special evening with family and
friends in the comfort of their private villa. Discrete waiter will set up an elegant dining table with fine dining ware,
while the Head Chef will cook rigorously last minute a five-course “Theme Dinner”, using the freshest local produce.
The service includes*:
 - Table setting with fine-dining ware.
- Three-to-five course dinner.
- Cooking, serving, cleaning personnel.
- All applicable charges.

The service must be booked at least 48 hours in advance (credit card guarantee is required) and is subject to availability.
Menus are set and agreed in advance. Dinner can be served on request served between 6.00pm to 10.00pm only.
Beverages are excluded. Wine and Champagne are excluded and can be chosen separately from our wine list.
*EUR 80.- per person, minimum 6 guests.
*EUR 70.- per person, minimum 10 guests.
Home Greek Cooking
“Home Greek Cooking” is a new service designed for villa guests wishing to taste the traditional home Greek
cooking without the full service experience. Our Head Chef will prepare at your house a set menu of ready to-
be-served Greek specialties to be tasted at your leisure, using the freshest local produce.
The service includes*:
- A set menu of ready-to-be-served Greek specialties (please consult our 2009 menus for more information).
- Cooking and cleaning.
- All applicable charges.
The service must be booked at least 48 hours in advance (credit card guarantee is required) and is subject to availability. Menus can
be prepared at any time of the day, subject to Chef availability (it requires at least 2 hours cooking and preparation time). The offer
does not include serving.
*EUR 35.- per person, minimum 6 guests.
*EUR 30.- per person, minimum 10 guests.

Bookings are subject to availability, credit card guarantee is required.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
All services are subject to seasonal availability prior to booking. Once we
have received this form filled out and duly signed, we will contact you to
confirm receipt and forward payment details. There will be no
confirmation of booking nor any obligation from us until full payment is
received. Prices, availability and booking conditions are subject to
change until a booking is confirmed. Once a booking is confirmed it
cannot be cancelled and payment cannot be refunded.

PREPAYMENT OF WEEKLY PACKAGES
Weekly packages must be fully prepaid at the time of booking and
payments are non-refundable. Payments must be done via wired bank
transfer to the bank account provided for the property reservation within 7
working days from the date we receive the above booking form.

GROCERY BILLS AND LOCAL CHARGES
Weekly packages do not include grocery bills. A shopping list should be
given to the staff on a daily basis specifying your grocery's preference.
The staff will supply the villa with the freshest and highest quality
products available on the market. Should you have a specific preference
for certain brands or products, or should you wish to know the market
price for certain goods, please ask in advance our staff accordingly. A
detailed, fully itemized grocery bill will be presented to you every 5 days
and the day before departure. Grocery bills must be paid locally to us by
cash or by Credit Card (5% credit card fees apply) before departure.
Please note that we will not be able to provide single receipts for single
items.

THEME DINNER NIGHTS BOOKING LIMITATION
Theme Dinner Nights cannot be prepaid and we cannot guarantee
availability until you have checked-in at the villa and agreed prices and
menus with our staff. Please note that if you have selected a preferred
date on this booking form we will do our best to attend your request, but
we are unable to guarantee availability for the specified date.
