Location: School of Fine Arts area, on hillside just 500m above Mykonos Town. Located right on the New Ring Road. 1.5 km from the airport, 2.5 km from the new harbour and 1 km from the old port.

Amenities: Stylish outdoor and partly shaded reception (open 08:00 till 22:00), internet / lounge area with designer furniture and one laptop at the disposal of guest, TV area with satellite 47” LCD TV, WiFi internet connection throughout entire property. Beautiful large swimming pool with marble decking and sun beds, pool bar which serves breakfast and cocktails in the evening. Nude sunbathing allowed, new outdoors pool showers. Property set in lush well-kept garden with communal terraces offering views to the sea and sunset. Automatic controlled main gate and own electronic room keys. Ample private and secure parking.

Services: Daily cleaning, daily change of towels, A la carte breakfast (Not included in the rates) served at pool area from 8am till 12:00pm, snacks and light meals served during the day. Complimentary transfer service.

Apartments Maya and Danai: Located in the main building. Bi level apartments each with two bathrooms and two bedrooms both with A/C on the lower level facing the back of the building. Living room located on the upper floor with fully equipped kitchen, A/C, 26” LCD television with satellite channels, safe box and balcony or terrace with outdoor settings.

Apartment Kalypso: Located next to the reception and pool. A spacious apartment with one bedroom. Airy loft style bedroom area, wide open plan living area with very modern full equipped kitchen. Featuring a 32” LCD television with satellite channels, three A/C units and a shaded patio area with outdoor setting.

Apartment Erato: Located on the lower level of the main building and facing the back of the property with no view. This apartment features two bedrooms with A/C, two bathrooms and living area with fully equipped kitchen, 2 x 22” LCD televisions with satellite channels, safe box and terrace with outdoor setting.

Villa Kiveli: Semi detached bungalow-type building with two bathrooms and two bedrooms (Both with A/C) located on the cooler lower level. A beautiful and spacious large living room on the upper level with A/C, 32” LCD television with satellite channels, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, washing machine, terrace with sea view and large private veranda with outdoor dining settings.

Studio Tholos : Spacious studio for 2 persons featuring a vault ceiling. Located on the first floor with sea and garden views, fully-equipped kitchen and small dining area. A/C, 26” LCD television with satellite channels and safe box. Large unit with lots of light and two terraces.

Studio Cleopatra: Spacious studio accommodating 2-3 persons. Semi-basement, separate from the main building with own entrance and garden view. Large open plan unit with fully-equipped kitchen and small dining area. Featuring a double and single bed, A/C, 32” LCD television with satellite channels and safe box.
