Geranium Apartments  Geranium Rooms

Location: Skoli Kalon Technon (School of Fine Arts) – Paspari area, on hillside approx. 500m above Mykonos Town, it’s night life, restaurants and bus station serving all of the south coast beaches.
Distances: Located right on the New Ring Road (Periferiakos) which connects easily to the new harbour (3km. away), the Airport  (2km. away) and all the popular beaches on the island of Mykonos since 2007 :double glazed windows & doors)

Hotel Amenities: Beautiful, large swimming pool with marble decking and with sun beds.  Pool bar – serves breakfast, snacks & light lunch. Nude sunbathing allowed. New outdoors pool showers. Property set in lush well-kept garden. Stylish outdoor and partly shaded reception & lounge area with comfortable chairs, of reputed design companies, internet wireless connection in the whole property, terraces with sea & sunset views. Daily cleaning. Automatic secured main gate and own room keys. Ample private secure parking. Reception working hours from 8am – 10pm.

Breakfast: a la carte (on request): not included in the rates! Served at pool area from 8.00am till 12.00pm, snacks and light meals served during the day
Buildings: One main building. Traditional all white Cycladic architecture with wooden pergolas. Built on multiple levels. Well-kept buildings.
   Ground Floor: 2 single rooms, 1 double room and 2 bi-level apartments situated under the arched entrance.
   Upper Floor: 1 single room, 2 double rooms and 1 studio.
   Reception building. One level with lobby – very comfortable lounge, Kalypso apartment, 2 double rooms, Both rooms with
   view to the pool. One room with balcony doors, one room with window only.
   Villa Kively – Semi detached building as small villa - 2 bedroom

All units: (Rooms, studios, apartment & villa Kively): All bedrooms with double or king size beds with  “Mediastrom” mattresses. Choice of pillows. Individual Air-condition, direct-dial telephone, internet wireless connection (for own laptop only) colour flat screen satellite TV, Hi-Fi stereo, I-pod base, private key safe. All rooms decorated in white and light colors. Each unit has bathroom with shower-w.c., silk kimonos, bathroom organic supplies (since 2007 double glazed windows and doors)

All Guest Rooms: 8 rooms without kitchen. Small size rooms. 7 guest rooms with double beds, 1 with king size bed or 2 single beds. All bedrooms with double or king size beds with “Mediastrom” mattresses. Choice of pillows. Individual Air-condition, fridge, fan, direct-dial telephone, internet connection (for own laptop only) colour satellite TV and private electronic safe. All rooms decorated in white and light colors.
Each unit has either a balcony or terrace. Private bathroom with shower- w.c.

 Geranium Rooms

Studio Tholos: Spacious one-room studio (Tholos) for up to 2 persons: Vault ceiling, fully-equipped kitchen and small dining area with table, sofa bed, king size bed, large satellite TV, large wardrobes and private bathroom with shower. Large unit with lots of light, front & back terraces, view to the sea and sunset.

Studio Cleopatra: Spacious one-room studio for up to 3 person: semi-basement with own entrance and garden view. Large unit decorated in white and light colors is open plan with fully-equipped kitchen and small dining area with table, air-conditioning, sofa bed, king size bed, large satellite TV, large wardrobes and private bathroom with bath. Small private patio with garden furniture. 

Villa Kiveli: Semi detached bungalow-type building with large private veranda (with outdoor dining settings), close to main entrance.
Beautiful large living room with lots of light, front & back terraces, view to the sea and sunset. 2 bedrooms on the lower level with king size beds. Very good conditions. Air-condition, direct-dial telephone, internet connection (for own laptop only), satellite TV and private electronic safe. Fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, stove/oven, large fridge with freezer, washing machine, dining table and sofa bed. Bedrooms decorated in white and light colors and have garden views.

Apartment Kalypso: two floors with large kitchen/dining area + living room with sofa bed, large TV 32inches, one bedroom, one bathroom + staircase to spacious master bedroom, en-suite bathroom

All Apartments in main building: 4 apartments with 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms with double or king size beds. Air-condition, fan, direct-dial telephone, internet connection, satellite TV and private electronic safe. Apartments have fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, Stove/oven, large fridge with freezer,  dining table and sofa bed. Each unit has either balcony or terrace. All bedrooms decorated in white and light colors and have garden views. All Apartments with outdoor dining settings.

Two apartments (Danai / Maya) are bi-level with: 2 bedrooms in cooler lower level connecting with large veranda. Completely independent with en suites and fitted wardrobes.

One Apartment (Erato) on Lower level with 2 bedrooms (one of which can accommodate 3 persons): separate full-size kitchen, dining & sitting area.

Notes: Communal areas around the Residence for relaxing and socializing. Visitors allowed over night, may also have breakfast and use facilities. Both island gym are close by. Units as two bedroom apartments can be converted and used by the guests as double rooms only, in this case guests can not use the facilities of the living room and the kitchen. Depending on availability.

Remarks: Gay clientele: no children allowed. Full privacy.
Helpful friendly easy going service. Immaculately clean & well kept. Free transfers from/to airport or harbours.
New for 2010: new management, new 22inches LCD TV flat screens in bedrooms, and two of them in the Erato apartment, 26inches screens in the Tholos, Maya, Danai, Cleopatra apartments, and 32inches in the Kively and Kalypso apartments, plus a huge 47inches screen
