VILLA DESCRIPTIONS: 

Pablo Villa: A luxurious villa, two levels above the pool. Pablo offers white marble flooring and natural stone walls throughout two floors. Three private balconies and a private garden look out with vies to the sea. The spacious front porch offers residents a place for private parties and gatherings. The generous first floor living area absorbs the natural light through the plentiful windows, ample closet space provides enough storage for even the most well equipped travellers. Ascend the Spanish wrought iron spiral staircase leading the bedroom and enormous full marble bathroom with open marble bench shower. Panoramic views.

Dali Villa: A beautifully landscaped garden leading to the arched wooden door of the Dali Villa. The living area is welcoming and warm with beautiful wide plank wood floors which compliment the framed natural stone walls featuring a three large arched windows. Artisan crafted wooden ceilings with local beams are featured in the living area. Past the kitchenette with wooden cabinets lies the sleek modern bathroom with dark marble tile flooring. The bathroom features a glass enclosed shower, regal vanity and a stunning view from the window. A sheltered porch off the back of the villa features 180 degree views of the cliffs and the Aegean Sea with beautiful stone arches framing silhouettes of neighbouring Naxos and Paros Island which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the built in day bed.

Degas Villa: A new separate small villa - stylishly designed, with bedrooms (sleeps 4 guests: open plan), with large 80m2 living room/dining area, open plan kitchen, superb bathroom with Jacuzzi, large summer veranda with bar and outdoor Jacuzzi, another terrace with guest toilet, splendid sea views. Leonardo Villa: Located at the very top of the property, Leonardo offers privacy, stunning views of Cavo Elia and easy access to all of Greco Philia’s facilities. Step out of your room onto a large balcony, shaded by waving drapes above, and take in the views from your own private outdoor Jacuzzi. Inside the room sit back and relax with a glass of wine on you deco couch, or seating area. Leonardo is highly recommended for honeymoon couples or anyone who wants to take advantage of the privacy and views this villa has to offer.

Monet Villa: Immaculate in it’s simplicity, Monet’s clean lines and materials invoke peace and calm. Monet offers spiritually inclined guests a quiet haven of peace, separation and purity. Surrounded by gardens and patios, with colourful flowers and cacti giving way to long beds of deep red natural stone. Within the villa a modern kitchenette with ample built in cabinet space. The bathroom features stone throughout with a European rain shower. The Mykonian inset stone stairs lead to the silken smooth bamboo floor and immaculate design of the second floor. Unobstructed views to Cavo Elia from the bedroom which leads out to an amply proportioned patio with built in Jacuzzi and sun bed, thatched roof sheltering and idyllic dining and cocktail area.

SUITE DESCRIPTIONS:

El Greco Suite: Classic Mykonian styling, a light breezy atmosphere and modern luxuries within. Living area with built in day bed and shelving looks out upon Cavo Elia through sliding glass doors. Sparkling white plaster walls lead to the large bathroom with frosted glass doors which slide back to reveal an enormous shower. The bedroom features a low profile queen bed with lighted head board. For the romantic, a large fire place and built in shelves compliment the framed stone flooring. Generous closet space and shelving throughout complete this apartments interior. Stone archways frame the peaceful and private sheltered garden and enormous private balcony.

Vincent Suite: One of the pool side suites, the Vincent offers effortless access to all of Greco Philia’s amenities. A wall of sliding glass doors open up to the pool and bar area. The spacious bedroom is decorated in a minimalistic fashion and adorned with glistening white walls. A full marble bath is accessed through the gorgeous modern tempered glass door, the styling which is repeated in the shower gliders. A marble vanity and plentiful storage happily accommodated even the most serious preening. Passing another tempered glass divider, you will find yourself in a palatial eat-in kitchen, featuring hand crafted cabinets, a marble breakfast bar, travertine tile flooring, recessed lighting and a large area for dining or lounging. Surrounded by stately daybeds and storage.

Matisse Suite: The second pool side suite, Matisse simultaneously offers privacy and proximity for guests. The generous space is dressed in dappled marble floors throughout with high ceilings of local wood above. A full kitchen with warm wooden cabinets and marble back splash furnishes one wall of the living space. Large windows look out to the breathtaking Cavo Elia below. Step out of the room directly to the pool area.The well appointed bath features marble throughout, with tempered green glass sliders opening to the shower. The artfully framed stone bathroom wall provides a nearly sculptured element to admire from the living area. Matisse’s centralised location is ideal for travellers who wish to avoid stairs and enjoy the day relaxing in front of the pool.

Miro Suite: On lower floor, suite for 2-3 guests, built on different floors with two verandas and small garden.

Warhol Suite: This suite is the benchmark of luxury and privacy, secluded at the front side of the cliffs. The arched windows of Warhol offer the ultimate, uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean below. The regal bathroom features unparalleled shimmering stone work with a spacious shower and regal vanity. Stepping upon beautifully framed natural stone floors, one passes sliding glass doors that open to a cosy balcony to take in the views of Cavo Elia with the silhouette of Paros beyond the dreamlike blue of the sea. Just outside the suite you will find wrap around couches.

Cezanne Suite: For 2-3 guests. This new House has been converted into two luxury suites with the upper floor suite with separate bedroom with one double bed or twin beds, and one single bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, A total of three verandas with splendid sea views. Henri Suite: Hidden amongst tall stacks of bamboo, you will find the Henri Suite. Entering from a private balcony where you will find a private outdoor Jacuzzi, seating area and unobstructed views of Cavo Elia. Through sliding glass doors you enter the master bedroom framed in local Mykonian stone, painted in white. A queen size bed and wooden bench complete the minimalistic design  of the room. Passing through another doorway you will find a cosy seating area, ample closet space and full marble bathroom.
