Description: Leonis Summer Houses is a small complex of five maisonettes two studios, and one villa built according to the traditional
Mykonian architecture. All units are autonomous and newly renovated. The complex is situated in a 5000m2 field and is constructed on uneven levels.

Hotel Amenities: Bar, sweet water swimming pool, children’s pool (sweet water), hydro-massage, Jacuzzi, BBQ area by the pool, with table & chairs, table tennis, small church. Parking space. Each House: (maisonette style), with interior staircase, living room / dining area and well equipped kitchen corner with fridge, freezer, electric stove & hob, wahing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, A/C,  direct dial phone, colour satellite TV, closed circuit video, stereo music, one bedroom, bathroom with bath; upper floor has second bedroom, bathroom w. bath, small terrace with view to Ornos &/or Korfos Bay.

Each self contained Studio: 8 – 35 m2. Twin beds that can be converted into a a double bed, sofa that can be converted into a bed for a 3rd person. Small kitchen corner, living-room area (open plan for Elektra Studio, separate for Hera Studio), A/C, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, direct dial phone, colour satellite TV, CD player, closed circuit video, hi-fi stereo music. For 2 – 3 persons.

Studio #2: A beautiful garden welcomes you to #2, a 35 m2 spacious studio that hosts 2 persons and contains a kitchenette with a dining table, an open plan living room – bedroom and a bathroom. Its gray cement floor and the bathroom with the built-in shower, never fail to amaze its guests. The sofa can be turned into a bed for the addition of a 3rd person. Its large veranda offers a spectacular sea view.

Studio #5: one will find the second 35 m2 studio, in which gray and white intertwine harmoniously. Hosting 2 persons, it contains a kitchenette with a dining table, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. The sofa can be turned into a bed for the addition of a 3rd person. Spectacular view of the Aegean Sea. Follow the steps next to the door and enjoy the view from the most romantic veranda, amidst a beautiful garden area.

House #1 & #6: are the twins that are tired of being compared to each other and they picked different spots to hang out. They are 70m2 two-bedrooms houses that host 4 persons and are divided into two levels. In the ground floor, there is the living room, the kitchen with the dining table, the bedroom and a bathroom. The upper level contains the second bedroom, as well as a second bathroom. The sofa can be turned into a bed for the addition of a 5th person. The sea view from their private verandas is stunning. If you pick #1, then feel free to walk through the lush garden right next to the house. In #6, by exiting the private veranda, you will find a huge veranda with sun-beds, a perfect spot for endless chilling with all eyes on the Aegean Sea.

House #3: 78m2 two-bedrooms house that hosts 4 persons and is divided into two levels. In the ground floor, there is the living room, the kitchen with the dining table, the bedroom with a storage area, as well as a bathroom. The upper level contains the second bedroom, as well as a second bathroom. The sofa can be turned into a bed for the addition of a 5th person. Once you sit back in your veranda, you will find it difficult to move because you will never get enough of that sea view.

House #7: Mykonian architecture says that one of the buildings should be styled after a traditional pigeon house and #7 is exactly that. Standing tall and looking over the entire complex, this 75m2 one-bedroom house hosts 4 persons and is divided into two levels. In the ground floor, there is the living room, the kitchen and the dining room, two single built-in beds and a bathroom. The upper level contains the second bedroom, as well as a second bathroom. With the addition of an extra bed, a 5th person can be hosted. The large window in the bedroom offers a mesmerizing view over the complex and the Aegean Sea. You can also enjoy the sea view from the private veranda.

Suite #8: is often referred to as the stone house. This 70 m2 suite hosts 2 persons. It contains a particularly spacious bedroom with large closets and a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, an amazing dining table and a living room with a fireplace. The sofa can be turned into a bed, hosting a 3rd person. Its 20 m2 private veranda offers a spectacular sea view, while containing a large table with a built-in sofa and chairs, a BBQ and two sun-beds. The suite is a perfect choice for guests who seek the best possible comfort and utmost privacy during their holidays.

Villa #4: providing a whole new level of comfort in its 120 m2. It hosts 4 persons and is divided into two levels. In the ground floor, you will find the living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two built-in single beds, an impressive bathroom that is built into the mountain and a storage area. The upper level contains the master bedroom with a double bed and its own private bathroom. There are two verandas, one in each level, with a view to the pool and the sea. Warning: you might decide not to set foot outside of Leonis, just to get the most out of the unforgettable experience that the villa offers.
