Before submitting your reservation form, it is important to read and accept the following information.

• How to book
  1. Take good, prior look at all accommodation types and qualities, that we offer on Mykonos and elsewhere.

  M.A.C. replies fast / usually in under 24 hours.
  More than 120 hotel properties & self-catering units are available in real time via our real-time-bookings ; immediate confirmation for a guaranteed reservations availble by credit-card payment.
  3. Advance down-payment is needed to secure a reservation: see further 

• How MYKONOS ACCOMMODATION CENTER operates its reservations:
  All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and valid at reservation time.
  M.A.C uses official hotel rates, approved by the Greek National Tourist Organization. Hotel prices are in Euro and include all taxes and breakfast. Usually we add an arrival transfer costs.
  We quote prices, if requested, in other major currencies, based on daily exchange rate e.g. US$ and Pound Sterling.
  M.A.C. offers accommodation on pre-payment basis. Once availability is confirmed - usually within 48 hours - we  request a pre-payment.
  You will be in direct contact with Mykonos Accommodation Center (not the hotel or lodgings) at all times.

General Sales Conditions for Individual Travellers

• Reservations secured by a 30% (of full cost) down-payment. Full payment is usually made one month before arrival especially for self-catering property bookings.
  Last minute bookings are prepaid in full.
  1.For long stays or large amounts we require a bank transfer or wire by SWIFT to one of our bank
  accounts - which accept different foreign currencies. Please provide your bank, the relevant new international IBAN number
  ( International Bank Account Number)

• 2. You can send a registered mail, or courier bank draft, cashier's cheque or international money order to our postal address (personal cheques not accepted).
• 3. Easiest, quickest payment methodFor short stays, small amounts or last minute reservations, is by credit card.

  Accepted credit or payment cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Eurocard , Diners, Maestro, Cirrus...
  or you can arrange your reservation via our "real time booking " system.

• Once the down payment is received, or credit card payment authorized, we issue by fax (same working day):
  - your invoice stipulating reservations, services and all charges.
  - pre-paid hotel vouchers that you present at the accommodation's reception desk on arrival.

• Beginning May 2007, a one-time handling fee of 15 € (Euro) is charged. This covers your booking file that includes: e-mails, faxes, telephone calls, bank and credit card charges, mail/postage, cost of issuing boat and plane tickets, plus any/all
  reservation changes made.
• Short stays - 1 or 2 nights-  are billed with a 10% surcharge.
• As taxis availability on Mykonos Island is limited, we advise customers to pre-arrange a pick up transfer (shuttle).
  In peak season (mid-June till end September) arrival transfer by small hotel bus or taxi is essential. Count 8€ (per person per way) from airport or harbour to all hotels, pensions, furnished apartments, holiday homes and villas.
  Departure-transfer can be arranged either by you or via us.
  M.A.C. is not responsible for any lack of arrival pickup/transfer information or last minute changes and delays.
  Travelers should call or visit our travel agency if any pickup is required. Late night arrival transfers
  (11pm/23h to 08:30am/8h30) are only be undertaken by hotels with proper transfer facilities, at cost of 10 Euro per person per way.  
• Our cancellation policy
  Cancellations accepted only in writing, either by e-mail or fax.
  General Rules:
  - Cancellations maximum one month before arrival date, carry no cancellation fee except our initial 15 Euro booking fee for  expenses and work done.
  - Cancellations made 1 month to 3 weeks prior arrival date impose a 30% of total reservation cost fee.
  - Cancellations between 3 weeks and 2 weeks prior to arrival date, impose a fee representing 50% of total reservation cost.
  - Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival date, "no-shows", or shortened stays with no prior advance notice, carry a full charge; no re-imbursement possible.
  However, M.A.C. will always, using its good relations with accommodation/hotel owners, try to minimize - as much as possible- any eventual cancellation fees. Depending on respective accommodation charges demanded by owners from us, we will reimburse funds whenever appropriate / possible.
• All/any service complaints must be reported in-person by the traveler at our Mykonos agency, while still on the island.
  No complaints post-departure are accepted.
• We recommend customers arrange or enquire in home country about holiday travel insurance covering trip cancellations and air or boat travel delays/changes resulting from bad weather or strikes etc...

Disclaimer

• Mykonos Accommodation Center is not a hotelier. If we are obliged, for reasons beyond our control, to change a reservation we make all necessary efforts to provide suitable substitute accommodation of same or similar value and location.
  Mykonos Accommodation Center is not liable for any acts or omissions by hoteliers and accommodation owners.
   

• M.A.C. does not accept liability for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its power ("force majeure"): events include bad weather/storms, fire, flood, civil disturbances or industrial action (strikes).
  Mykonos Accommodation Center always tries to give accurate prices, schedules and other collected information, it is not held responsible or accepts any liability
  caused by or arising from, omissions, errors, price changes etc. M.A.C. reserves the right to make all necessary changes to quoted prices at any time and without prior notice.
