Please note that this hotel has a strict cancellation policy for all last minute cancellations and shortened stays.
 

All rental rates include: daily American buffet breakfast, maid service twice a day, regular change of linen and towels),
and all costs/charges (water, electricity, linen, towels, taxes, also airport or harbour arrival assistance and transfer to villa..)
Check out time: 12 noon, Check in time is 15.00 hours.

Cancellations for all type of accommodation except for villa and suite with pool accommodation:
-- On day or arrival or in case of no-show 50% of reservation will be charged.
- In case reservation is cancelled within 1 day prior to arrival (low season), 5 days prior arrival (medium season) & 14 days prior arrival (high season)
25% of reservation will be charged as cancellation fee.
- In case of departure before the agreed date, the  50% of the rest stay will be charged.

Deposit & cancellation for villa and suite with pool accommodation:
- Minimum 7 night stay during High Season
- Deposit policy: 100% of the reservation upon confirmation, 50% of which is not refundable.
- In case reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival 50% of reservation will be charged as cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days 100% of reservation will be charged
- On day or arrival or in case of no-show 100% of reservation will be charged.
- In case of early departure 50% of the remaining stay will be charged.
