                 The wide outside terrace has an infinity pool, and is surrounded by a

Villa AMETHYST (Villa 241)

( 8 guests) a pleasing two-storey property, has an open plan groundfloor area shared by a fully equipped kitchen & tastefully decorated dining & living room.
                 
                  Ground floor: Spacious living room, (large TV / Satellite, DVD,
CD player & fax), dining area, kitchen (fully equipped).
The attractive master bedroom (king size bed), plus a delightful guest
            bedroom have en-suite bathrooms and separate entrances to pool area.

Infinity Pool is surrounded by a lovely verdant garden terrace and
                  outdoors setting, giving guests stunning Ornos bay and sea views

Deposit & cancellation for villa accommodation:
- Minimum 7 night stay during High Season
- Deposit policy: 100% of the reservation upon confirmation, 50% of which is not refundable.
- In case reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival 50% of reservation will be charged as cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days 100% of reservation will be charged
- On day or arrival or in case of no-show 100% of reservation will be charged.
- In case of early departure 50% of the remaining stay will be charged.
