The Three and Four Bedroom Villas with Pool have been made to the highest standards with all the
luxury, comfort, facilities and technology that a quest would need to have a most memorable stay. Each villa is acomplete house with 3-4 bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious sitting room and dining room, outdoor dining, fully
equipped kitchen, and private pool. There is also private parking. The villas are 7 min. walk from our private
beach and 5 min. walk from main facilities and restaurants. The villas are built on a hill with breathtaking sea-views.
These accommodations enjoy all the services and facilities of the hotel including 24-hour room-service and housekeeping service.
The villas are 200 sq.meters each.

Ground floor: Spacious living room, (large TV / Satellite, DVD, CD player), dining area, kitchen (fully equipped).
One Master bedroom with en-suite bathrooms, (king bed) and one Guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom (queen bed) with individual entrance next to the main house opening to the pool area. 

First floor: Two bedrooms sharing bathroom (one with king bed and one with two twin beds).
Both rooms open to their own private balconies. Each room is spacious with magnificent views of the sea and the island.
Infinity Pool and large terrace and garden with teak furniture (lounge, sun chairs and outside dining).

Deposit & cancellation for villa accommodation:
- Minimum 7 night stay during High Season
- Deposit policy: 100% of the reservation upon confirmation, 50% of which is not refundable.
- In case reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival 50% of reservation will be charged as cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days 100% of reservation will be charged
- On day or arrival or in case of no-show 100% of reservation will be charged.
- In case of early departure 50% of the remaining stay will be charged.
