Our Three and Four Bedroom Villas with Pool have been made to the highest standards with all the luxury, comfort, facilities and technology that a quest would need to have a most memorable stay. Each villa is a complete house with 3-4 bedrooms and bathrooms, spacious sitting room and dining room, outdoor dining, fully equipped kitchen, and private pool. There is also private parking. The villas are 7 min. walk from our private beach and 5 min. walk from main facilities and restaurants. The villas are built on a hill with breathtaking sea-views. These accommodations enjoy all the services and facilities of the hotel including 24-hour room-service and housekeeping service. The villas are 200 sq.meters each.

All rental rates include: daily American buffet breakfast, maid service twice a day, regular change of linen and towels),
and all costs/charges (water, electricity, linen, towels, taxes, also airport or harbour arrival assistance and transfer to villa..)

Deposit & cancellation for villa accommodation:
- Minimum 7 night stay during High Season
- Deposit policy: 100% of the reservation upon confirmation, 50% of which is not refundable.
- In case reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to arrival 50% of reservation will be charged as cancellation fee.
Less than 60 days 100% of reservation will be charged
- On day or arrival or in case of no-show 100% of reservation will be charged.
- In case of early departure 50% of the remaining stay will be charged.
