Description: Aegean Horizon is an exceptionally big and stylish property located close to Lia Beach area. It is facing South in a privileged wind-sheltered location with magnificent views of the Aegean Sea. The property features a large and elegant infinity pool surrounded by a very spacious sun deck. The outdoor equipment and setting include 10 sophisticated and comfortable sunbeds, a large outdoor and pergola-shaded lounge area, paired with a sumptuous dining table with own woodfire BBQ that are ideal for entertaining.

The view is simply fantastic, one of the best on Mykonos, since the whole villa faces the Aegean Sea and has more than 160 degrees viewing angle from the pool area.

Villa Alexanthia accommodates 14 persons maximum right now on three levels: 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor with twin beds that
can be connected to King size double beds offering maximum accommodation flexibility.

The interior of the house is tastefully decorated with fine art and furnished with modern design pieces. The main entrance leads directly to a bright and large living room, featuring comfortable sofas and equipped with state-of-the-art flat screen TV and sound system. The formal indoor dining area communicates with a beautiful open plan “gourmet” kitchen equipped with impressive appliances such as Gageenau oven.

Three of the four guests bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all very well appointed and decorated in different pastel colors, featuring own en-suite bathrooms, great views and direct access to the pool terrace.

A grand staircase from the main hall leads to the upstairs master bedrooms. The main one features a vestiaire and an en-suite bathroom with a Philippe Stark design bathtub, which enjoys magnificent sea views and a private roof terrace. The second master bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom also has access to the roof terrace, which enjoys the same views.

A detached guests house, with garden entrance, has its own small living room and kitchenette offering privacy and space for two more guests. Another spacious studio with separate entrance, living room and kitchenette is available at the basement of the property.
