Description: Villa Cythnos, along with neighbouring villas
Delos and Ortygia is one of the three properties grouped on a hilltop
position, high over Agios Ioannis beach with unparalleled panoramic
views of Aegean sea, Agios Ioannis bay and the sacred Island of Delos.
The villas share the driveway and parking, while Cythnos enjoys an
independent pool terrace with a private infinity pool overlooking the
island of Delos. The outdoor area also includes a stone built relaxation
corner, an outdoor dining table and woodfire BBQ.
The property is
positioned on the upper side corner from the pool, reachable by a short
stone pathway, featuring a private pergola-shaded terrace for dining
with beautiful views. The interiors are very similar with sister villa
Delos, white curtains and cream upholstery, sober carved marble flooring
and wood beams ceilings. A formal indoor dining area opens on the left
side to a nice modern kitchen and on the right side to a spacious living
room, both with access to front terrace with views. All bedrooms are
located on the upper floor. The master suite-style bedroom is very large
with beautiful sea views and en-suite bathroom. Two more guest bedrooms
sharing one bathroom with access to a veranda and a balcony have also
panoramic views.
Villa Cythnos can be rented alone for small groups
or combined with Delos and Ortygia sharing the two swimming pools,
making it an ideal special retreat for guests looking for privacy, lots
of space and unparalleled views.
