property, overlooking renowned Agrari Bay and its natural island
surroundings. The villa's privileged position allows complete privacy and
offers amazing panoramic views of the Aegean sea and Naxos Island.

downhill or a few minutes away by car. The house, beautifully decorated by
an Italian interior designer and excellently furnished, also features

bedrooms - each tinted in an individual pastel shade and with own en-suite
bathroom - are all furnished with antiques and tastefully decorated with
very special attention paid to every detail. The master bedroom is located
in the main house along with a twin bedroom on the ground level. Two further
bedrooms are situated on a lower level of the main house, accessed through a
staircase from the villa's garden. The garden also features an independent

all boasting wooden floors which add further warmth and style to this
beautiful interior.
