General Info for international style villas & private homes on Mykonos Island.

• 1. Most top-class independent private houses & villas are usually located situated out of Town, near beaches, in remote countryside or on hill-tops: hiring a car or jeep is strongly recommended.
• 2. High quality, international-style houses and villas usually require a minimum 1 week rental period in low/medium season and usually a minimum of 2, 3 to 4 weeks rental in peak summer months July/August.
• 3. Personal references necessary, as well as deposit guarantee.
• 4. All rentals comprise regular cleaning (including change of linen minimum twice a week ), daily maid service is extra/optional. Prices include all utilities & charges (water, electricity, linen, towels, cleaning and taxes.)
• 5. Reservations assured by by a 30 % down-payment (via bank transfer, registered mail bank draft or international money order; personal cheques not accepted). Full payment requested minimum 30 days before arrival. 
  
  6. Cancellations accepted only in writing either by e-mail or fax. Security deposit will be fully refunded.
  It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or that the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost:
  a. 8 weeks or more before arrival 30 % (deposit)
  b. 8-4 weeks before arrival 50 %
  c. 4 weeks before arrival 100%
  M.A.C. will always try , benefiting from our good relations with the villa owners, to reduce as much as possible any eventual cancellation fees ...depends on the respective accommodation owners charge us; we do reimburse funds when valid/applicable.
