Description: Villa Okyroe is a private waterfront property located between Villa Kymothoe and Villa Alisahnea within the Parenthesis Villa Resort.
With its own infinity swimming pool and located appropriately within walking distance to the secluded yet gorgeous Kapari Beach, the villa is an example of Greek elegance and sophistication. The large swimming pool area provides total privacy and comfort to its guests with teak sun-beds and large umbrella. Up a few steps from the pool, the pergola shaded terrace is ideal for outdoor dining, BBQ’s while enjoying beautiful sea views.
The main part of the villa is a wide all-open space consisting of a stylish sitting room, formal dining room and a modern fully equipped kitchen. White carved marble floors; white curtains and white upholstered chairs give a fresh and elegant style. The atmosphere is absolutely charming, harmonious, yet relaxed.

The master bedroom features an impressive bare rock wall behind the wooden double bed & whitewash floorboards. The two other twin bedrooms upstairs are tastefully furnished with antique pieces and feature two en-suite bathrooms with carved marble vanities. Each bedroom has direct access to a roof veranda with stunning views of the pool, the sea and Delos Island. A garden bedroom has also been recently added, assuring the same charm as the other bedrooms while retaining its intimacy thanks to a separate entrance. The studio with twin beds and en-suite bathroom is located below the main part of the house.
