Location, Position & Distances: On hillside in private residential area - high class villa condominium. Very peaceful area, but the property has neighbours so is not completely secluded.
To town: 4km south/west from Mykonos Town with shopping and nightlife.
To closest shops: 4km
To closest beach: Well equipped Ornos Beach at 2,5km
To airport: 4km.

Description: Recently built small Cycladic-style villa in natural stone, built on 2 floors.
Accessed by the condo road (space for parking), steps bring you to villa grounds and pool.

Amenities & Type of bedrooms:
Ground floor: Large bright stylish living room with traditional built-in sofas covered by cushions, open-plan kitchen/dining area: fully-equipped with  stove and oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, TV, CD player and stereo equipment. Plenty of light with views of the hillside and sea. Two small inter-connecting bedrooms : one with 2 built in single beds, and from there you go to another bedroom with double bed,  with French doors opening onto pool terrace. both bedrooms have own bathroom with shower.

Upper floor: Master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, own large terrace overlooking pool and terraces.
Amenities: Small swimming pool, ( 3 x 5 meters) beautifully laid out is surrounded by paved terrace & shaded patio,
permitting outdoor dining. ( with barbecue facilities).
This property is not recommended for small children as there is quite a drop on one side of terrace.
Air-conditioning plus new water filter system (for better quality water).

Remarks: Charming & cute private villa perfect for small family or group of friends.
Quite economical in most select residential part of Island offering superb views of sea and Tinos island.
Own transport needed: we can advise bike or car hire.
Not available for small children.
