Description: Rocky Mansion is an ideal spacious family villa, located above Agrari Beach, offering both tranquillity and stunning sea views. The villa's charming interior is simple yet very nicely decorated ‘beach house style’ with local wooden features including various seascape artefacts. The colour scheme is light blue, white and ochre. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, gives onto a pleasing living-sitting space directly accessing the swimming pool and its wide terraces.

The property, surrounded by rocky hills and overlooking Agrari bay features many outdoor terraces on two levels. Next to the pool terrace located in front of the house, a large pergola-shaded dining area features a stone-sculpted table and a traditional wood fire BBQ offering guests a perfect entertaining area. Comfortable pool deck chairs and other outdoor furniture complete the picture.

A first ground level bedroom, featuring a four-poster double bed and spacious cupboards accesses to the front terrace, swimming pool and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom. This adjacent second bedroom has two bunk beds, ideal for children. It also directly accesses the pool area

Upper level, the master bedroom's double bed looks onto own balcony with gorgeous sea and valley views, and has own en-suite bathroom.

The house's lower level has two spacious and beautifully appointed studios, each with own entrance from the garden, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. Both share two stone stairways leading to the pool area and a very large sea-facing terrace.
