General description of the property: A new property completed in the year 2010
was freshly inaugurated in the area of Kalafatis beach, on the
southeastern side of Mykonos. The position of the property grants easy
access to the beaches of Kalafatis a windsurfers delight and Agia
Anna, a beautiful small cove, relatively unknown to international
crowds.
Poseidon One is located to the right hand
side of a three semi-detached property complex, and Poseidon Two
is also part of this group and a fine example of the islands
characteristic residences with its white structures, which cleverly
blends with stone architecture.

Poseidon One:
The interior dcor and design of Poseidon One is based on the common
concept of an island summer home featuring carefully chosen furnishing
and artifacts all displays typical light tones of pastel colors. The
property was developed on the three levels, the entrance one being the
one dedicated to the spacious living room which spills directly onto the
formal indoor dining area, both boasting sea views. The four bedrooms of
the property are equally divided among the upper and lower level, both
accessed by cimentogonia staircases. Upstairs the master bedroom and a
guest bedroom share access to their panoramic terrace overlooking
Kalafatis bay while the two further bedrooms downstairs still offer
water-related views given their aquarium-style windows looking into
the clear waters of the swimming pool an intriguing concept to provide
lighting to the lower level of the property. All bedrooms are well
appointed and display the unmistakable touch of the propertys interior
designer.

The property
Poseidon Two: was built in full respect of the traditional Cycladic
architecture, pristine white surfaces complimented by stone structures
and details. The front terrace, accessed through the entrance level of
the property, is entirely paved in stone with two distinctive wood panel
areas. It hosts Posedion Two’s infinity pool and grants fascinating
views over the water of Kalafatis’ bay. A cozy outdoor dining area with
BBQ was built in a lateral position of the terrace, granting privacy for
al-fresco dining or overall relaxation while not compromising the
seaviews.
