Description: Babila comes as a surprise out of the blue, or should we say green considering it is one of a handful of private properties on Mykonos featuring a well-kept lawn, garden and a private tennis court. The estate finds space at the foot of the hills in the area of Kounoupas, on a gated premises that allows for great privacy. The golden sand of Super Paradise and Agrari beaches are both within reasonable distance, so is the core of Mykonian nightlife: Mykonos Town.
As mentioned above a lush garden surrounds Babila giving-off a sensation akin to an oasis, further enriched by palm and olives trees. The terrace stretches out laterally from the main house, a pristine pergola covers an ample area where solutions for both al-fresco dining and time off are comfortably present. The private pool is just in front for a quick dip at any time of the day. For sport enthusiasts, a private tennis court is located to the back of the estate.
Glass and wood surfaces along with a few colourful pieces are the sole elements that interrupt the massive white used to decorate the indoors of the property. The minimal and modern concept is clearly evident throughout, be it in the property’s living spaces or in the four bedrooms, while all spaces boast the presence of modern amenities and comforts to ensure guests have all they need for a relaxing time.
