Your completion of the on-booking form will be taken as your & your party's acceptance of the following terms & conditions:

A deposit of 30% of the property rental should be paid. All prices include VAT & Mykonos Municipality taxes. No contract with us will exist until we have received this amount & the booking form is duly completed & we have consequently confirmed your booking. Should you later cancel, cancellation charges will become payable in accordance with paragraph 3.

The balance of the payment must be paid at least eight (8) weeks before your arrival. If the balance is not received by the due date, we shall be entitled to cancel the booking without prejudice to our claim for cancellation charges & retain the deposit. For bookings made within eight weeks of arrival date, you will be required to pay the full cost of your holiday at the time of booking. We accept payment by bank transfer or Pay-pal.

It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or that the booking is cancelled by us due to non-payment, then we shall be entitled to the following percentage of the holiday cost: 8 weeks or more before arrival = 30 % (non-refundable deposit) 8 weeks before arrival = 100 % (deposit & balance) All cancellations must be sent to us in writing & signed by the signatory of the booking form.

Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, & we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking & refund the amount paid to us for the property, but we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.

Generally the minimum stay is 1 week in June, July & August, 4 days in May & September. Exceptions may be allowed depending on the property & availability & surcharges may apply.

Only those persons stipulated on the booking form may use the property. The number of guests must not exceed the specified maximum number of guests of 2-per bedroom.

It is a condition of booking that your party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance including coverage against trip cancellation & against personal injury. The appropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of the booking. Please contact your travel agent, travel consultant or insurance broker about this. Your completion of the on-line booking form confirms that you are covered.

Arrivals and departures are on Saturdays only, unless agreed differently at the time of booking. Check-in time is from 2pm (14:00). Check-out time is before 10:00am (10:00). In case of flight delays or inconvenience while travelling, clients should contact us at the earliest possibility. We cannot guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs unless confirmed by us in advance, but we always try our best to accommodate departing & arriving guests.

A security deposit as stated in the price list is payable before the beginning of your stay, to cover the cost of any damages during your stay at the property or its contents. The amount can be paid either with the balance of the reservation by bank transfer or Pay-pal, or with cash at the time of check-in directly with our Manager. The amount (less any applicable claims) will be refunded to you in the same way it was paid to us. In the event of cancellation of the booking, if paid, the security deposit will be refunded in full. Events on the property require an extra security deposit depending upon the number of guests attending.

Our staff are always on-hand & check the property throughout the day. The descriptions displayed on our website are accurate and made in good faith. We also do not accept any responsibility for the shortage of water supply, gas or electricity, nor for the breakdown of the swimming pool filtration system. We always do our very best to assist and solve any problems which must be raised with us as soon as possible. Complaints lodged only at the end of the stay will not be taken into consideration. Clients who decide to leave the property earlier without our knowledge lose all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.

The lead client completing the booking form (or that of our agents) is responsible for the correct & proper behaviour of their party. You are responsible for any loss or damage that you or any members of your party may cause to the property or its contents. The property must be returned in the same condition as it was presented at your check-in. You are required to report any damages to the Manager or to us (Villa Crew) & to bear the cost of repair or replacement. Should you or any member of your party behave disrespectfully towards the property, the villas contents or our staff, the Manager has the right to ask all guests to vacate the property immediately.

Entertainment parties and functions involving a large amount of invitees are strictly prohibited unless fully approved by us in advance. Should you make an unauthorised use of the property in such a way, the Manager has the right to ask all guests to vacate the property immediately & your security deposit will be fully forfeited until all applicable claims are fully assessed. We love parties, and appropriately staffed events are encouraged by prior arrangement & agreement to our event terms and conditions & to any additional utility costs that may be incurred as a result of the event.

Villa Crew cannot be held responsible for any accident or injuries occurred to any guests during their stay at the property under any circumstances. We comply with European standard health & safety checks & regulationsand and hold public liabillity insurance.

Children are very welcomed in our properties (our owners have 4 sons of varying ages). However, pool areas are open & un-gated, there are low walls, un-even steps & cacti on the property so parents must be extremely vigilant at all times. You must notify us if there will be children (& their exact age) in the party before finalising a booking.

15. PETS
Well behaved pets are also very welcome in our villas. If you want to bring one with you, please check with us first. If accepted, you will be asked for an additional security deposit.

Our swimming pools, are kept clean & operational by our staff. Our properties provide pool towels for guests use. Beach towels are not provided but if you take a pool towel to the beach, please bring it back!

The villas are cleaned at the beginning of the rental period, before your arrival & throughout your stay, 7 days per week. However, guests should keep & leave the property clean & in order at the time of departure. If the property is not left in an acceptable condition the sum of EUR150 per bedroom will be deducted from the security deposit. Linen changes (every 4 days), towel changes daily & upon request & general housekeeping services are provided throughout your stay.

All of our properties provide a minimum 6-hour daily housekeeping, 7 days per week. Should you require extra housekeeping services, please advise us at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee availability at any time but we always do our utmost to satisfy any requests. All quoted charges will need to be pre-paid at the time of booking the specified extra service.

Private chef services & bartender services may be pre-booked at an additional charge. Guests pay all grocery bills at cost in cash upon presentation of receipts. Chef is also available if you wish to book for additional bespoke services or special events. A full sized bar is provided at your villa should guests wish to bring their own alcohol &/ or pre-order from our excellent local wine merchants at cost.
Should you require additional concierge/ chef/ caterer or driver services, please advise us at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee availability at any time but we always do our utmost to satisfy all requests. All quoted charges will need to be prepaid at the time of booking the specified extra service.

Mykonos is a small island with problems of drought. Therefore, water is a commodity to use sparingly during the summer months. If you experience a shortage of water, we will do everything we can to re-establish its supply. Electricity can also be occasionally disrupted, normally for a short period of time, this is normal island living. However, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience created by events beyond our control.

Our properties have complementary wireless broad-band internet services which generally offer reasonable speeds. Should the service be disrupted, we cannot guarantee we will be able to re-establish internet or satellite TV connections in case of a technical problem beyond our control, such as a faulty line from the local suppliers, but we always do our utmost to remedy any problems immediately. There are no telephone lines at the villa (we use mobile telephones), so we recommend you travel with at least one mobile phone in your party.

Photographs or film taken at the property cannot be used or sold for profit without written authorisation from us. The properties are available for professional shoot (stills & film) hire & we have many connections to assist in-coming crew.

Valuables left at the property are at the clients' risk. Neither Villa Crew nor the property staff can be held responsible for any loss or misplacement. Safes are provided in each bedroom for valuables, please use them.

In the event of any dispute concerning the terms and conditions of this contract, the parties agree that any such disputes shall be settled by UK arbitration in accordance with the Rules of Con
