Description: Salacia is a stunning, freshly inaugurated private property perched in a privileged position overlooking the bays of Agia Anna and Kalafatis on the southeastern side of the island. The elevated and waterfront location allows for inspiring views over the turquoise waters of the Aegean, stretching as far as the eye can see. A private staircase leads down the sea where one can dive in directly off the rocks below the property and potentially swim to a nearby sandy cove.

The outdoor spaces are a true testament to this statement with the massive pool terrace stretching out in the most panoramic position of the property. The swimming pool plays a catalyst role in the design of the spaces with its central position, sidelined on one side by a chic wooden sun deck and on the other by a grand pergola. Two distinct dining tables find space under the pergola along with a massive lounge area furnished with summer furniture and a plenitude of cushions. An extended bar area with a proper outdoor kitchen completes the exterior experience, forming a full circle of options for any mood throughout the day.
Style is a constant also indoors where the space developed on three levels conveys a calming sensation - various shades of white and grey were thoughtfully used, enhancing the overall minimal decor of the property. The bedrooms are all appointed to a high standard and all share a view over the bay below the property, exception made for the staff bedroom located to the back of the property. On the entrance level the functional kitchen connects directly with the outdoor bar area while the airy living room spills directly onto the pool terrace.
